The Peerox GmbH developed a self-learning assistant system MADDOX for machine operators and technicians. It combines human experience with machine learning and analyzes machine data based on similarities in the past. The search algorithm presents “cause and solution” - knowledge cards provided by colleagues when facing a disruption in the running production. We provide a new ecosystem on an innovative communication platform to increase efficiency, decrease operating costs and improve documentation as well as engagement.
