ContrAxs

ContrAxs is a platform for contract management and forms the lifecycle of creating, negotiating, signing and managing contracts. The artificial intelligence named Themis automates these processes and helps its customers to update contracts.
The Generator Engine guides both lawyers and company employees through the creation of contract generators in simple, intuitive steps. Using these generators, all employees can customize contract forms for clients and other contractors in minutes.
All participating lawyers and contractual partners can negotiate their contracts together online and digitally in the ContrAxs Collaboration Room. Tools for translating documents, application/acceptance functions regarding individual clauses and video conferencing help to reach an agreement.
The electronic blockchain signature can be used to sign contracts of the generators as well as own contracts. The paper form, a manual contract signature as well as the postal dispatch of the documents are completely replaced by this sustainable solution.
Finally, all contracts are stored in ContrAxs Contract Management. Themis helps to visualize and analyze the contracts. For example, milestone schedules or notice periods can be monitored and contracts can be kept up to date with the current legal status.
