insightsON is the digital and intelligent sales revolution. As an add-on to the CRM system, insightsON automatically enriches internal customer and transaction data with external data (e.g. news), analyses the entirety of the data with AI-based models and derives concrete and future-oriented sales measures. Thus, in addition to the entire analytics infrastructure, insightsON provides initial industry-specific use cases and models (e.g. churn prediction and identification of sales potential), which can be flexibly expanded to include company-specific use cases.
The goal is to help companies increase turnover and efficiency in sales.
2021-07-31: Marketable product
Since then, the first market-ready version of insightsON has been in use at various customers and is gradually evolving based on customer feedback and the insightsON team\'s product roadmap,
2021-02-28: MVP & first paying customers
At the beginning of 2021, the two founders will start the further development of insightsON on a full-time basis. Based on the feedback from the validation in 2020, the founders developed a first functioning MVP, which was also immediately used by the first paying customer. Together with this first customer, the product was then further developed in practice.
2020-12-31: Prototyp & Validation
The founders will use the second half of 2020 to develop an initial prototype and product launch in the form of a presentation and validate it with potential customers. The feedback from potential customers was continuously incorporated into the prototype, so that it slowly developed into a first valid product.
2020-07-31: Idea was born
In mid-2020, the two founders of insightsON met through friends and developed the idea of a ready-to-use software product on the side to make advanced analytics in sales processes usable for every employee without data science experience.
