Our YUtag picking system enable hands-free picking and automated real-time guidance throughout the whole process, closely interacting with every ERP system or MES/WMS. This saves time massively at the place, where you can save 20-30% of your production costs.

We offer pick-by-light properly by providing
* an electronic shelf label (ePaper display), which can display any content you like
* highlighting with visibility from >30 meters away
* bidirectional interaction between user and the process guiding system: 3 touch buttons and a double-tap, all having the function you define
* easy integration into any ERP/MES/… systems
* completely open interfaces (TCP/IP communication) + REST-API
* driven by a rechargeable battery with >6 months of run-time
* bidirectional communication wireless communications, which is free and unregulated worldwide: infrared communication like your TV’s remote, but simply stable even with direct sunlight. This means no interference with any radio frequency technology like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.
* an extension port for full flexibility to solve your application problem: We can integrate any sensor, alternative communication technology, or actor you like. Or even ultrasonic localization with <20 cm precision (BTW: worldwide unregulated, too)…
